Trustees' Board and the Executive Team

The Board of Trustees, which is made up of five people and includes the CHRDI's Chief Executive as an ex-officio member, oversees the Campaign for Human Rights and Development International. The Board of Trustees is generally in charge of monitoring the organisation's programmes, expenditures, budgets, and appropriation policies and standards, as well as project allocation, strategy, and performance. According to the organisation's bylaws, the executive committee, project and budgets committee, and audit and Trusteeship committee are just a few committee meetings where the Board of Trustees carries out its obligations.
